Siddhartha continues revealing the many facets of his highly anticipated new studio album with the arrival of “Quiero Enterrar Mi Corazón,” released on June 4. Following the previously unveiled tracks “Tú y yo y tú,” “Abrázame,” and “Escápate Conmigo,” the singer-songwriter now shares the fourth installment of a project set to mark a captivating new chapter in his artistic journey.
As the latest preview of the forthcoming album, “Quiero Enterrar Mi Corazón” introduces a distinctive sonic approach that merges electronic elements with the richness of traditional Mexican music. The result is an evocative blend of indie rock and folkloric influences that remains deeply rooted in Siddhartha’s unmistakable style and musical identity.
The song began as a simple voice note before taking shape during a creative session in Puerto Vallarta. It was crafted alongside longtime collaborators Didi Gutman, Alejandro Pérez (Orko), and Rul Velázquez, whose contributions have also helped define the overall sound and atmosphere of the upcoming album.
As Siddhartha has previously explained, every song on the record possesses its own character and emotional palette, resulting in a body of work filled with contrasting textures and moods that together represent one of the most ambitious projects of his career.
Accompanying the release is an official music video directed by Fabián de la Fuente and Cristóbal G. Camarena, two creative partners who have worked with Siddhartha on numerous visual productions over the years. Inspired by Mexico’s Golden Age of Cinema, the video follows the story of a grieving farmer who decides to bury his sorrow alongside his own heart, delivering a visually powerful and emotionally moving narrative.
The new single arrives as Siddhartha gears up for an extensive international tour. The first leg will take him to major cities throughout Mexico and the United States during 2026, with additional dates across Latin America and Europe planned afterward. The tour will feature Siddhartha’s latest songs as well as the fan favorites that have shaped his career. Audience response has already been extraordinary, with the initial dates selling out just days after being announced.
With “Quiero Enterrar Mi Corazón,” Siddhartha once again expands his creative horizons while reinforcing his status as one of the most dynamic and innovative voices in contemporary Latin music.
